Shipping policy

At our company, we take pride in offering completely custom-made suits to our valued customers. We understand that you want a suit that reflects your unique style and personality, and that's why we only begin making your suit after you have placed your order.

Please note that each suit takes approximately 3-6 days to make and dispatch. We also ship orders only during ordinary business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, during standard business hours.

Once your order is processed, we aim to dispatch it to your doorstep within 08 -18 days. We understand that prompt delivery is important to you, and we strive to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

CUSTOM IMPORT CHARGES

Please note that any custom import duties, taxes, or charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any questions regarding these fees.

P.S - "Import duties are payable by the buyer; if the shipping company cannot contact the buyer, we may pay the duty on their behalf (recoverable from the buyer), and for any returned orders where we have paid such duties, the duty amount will be deducted from the refund."
